Purchase order line "worker" field is an empty drop down on one of my legal entities

Our initial legal entities, the worker field is greyed out on the PO lines. The newest legal entity has the worker field as a drop down on the PO lines. The problem is that the drop down list is empty. We cannot confirm because we get the error "worker" field is blank on purchase order line 1. Ideas on what configuration is causing this field to be acting this way?

Hi LiseM,

Are you referring to the worker on the Project tab page? If so, this will be used in combination with projects. The lookup is showing resources and based on validation settings it will restrict the resources for the selected project and/or category.

Hi LiseM,

Please check the workers form in HR model to check if there are the Contractor type worker and those workers are assigned as resources.

I took a look at the standard code. The logic behind the filtering is:

"Terminated" workers will not be displayed if it has been set up in that way on project parameters

It does not include employees

Includes contractors

Includes active workers

Includes pending workers

Only workers in the current legal entity
