Hi:
I enabled the default Power BI Dashboard on the Role Center in Business Central.
I thought that there were default reports that appear upon enabling the display of Power BI Reports in List pages such as those for Customer, Vendors, and Items. Why do I not see these?
In addition, short of any third-party apps from AppSource, I thought that there were default sales and purchasing Power BI Reports for Business Central. Is that not the case?
I was able to display the Dashboard that I mentioned earlier in the production company and Cronus. But, there is no default Dashboard available for at least one of our test companies within the same instance of Business Central. Why not?
Is there any sort of security that needs to be established for other Business Central users to see such items as the default Dashboard?

Hi, This is weird, I re-tested it and it doesn't seem to be a problem.
You can choose which Power BI report you want to display.

I'm still not seeing the reports for the List pages, when I try to "select". Do you have any ideas as to possibly why?

The Sales app loaded and refreshed successfully for the live company in the production instance.
The Finance app loaded for the live company in the production instance but would not refresh. Why is that?

Maybe it is because those are Power BI apps and not Business Central apps.
So you need to download them to Power BI and deploy them from there.
