Changing the discount calculation method for sales orders

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is an out of the box setting to change the line discount (percentage) calculation so that the discount is calculated per unit, and then totaled?

For example:

(current discount calculation):

Quantity: 26

Unit price: 290

Discount percentage: 25%

Line total: 26 x 290 x 0,75 = 5,655

(wanted calculation):

Quantity: 26

Unit price: 290

Discount percentage: 25%

Line total: 290 x 0.75 = 217.5 >> Rounded to 218 >> 218 x 26 = 5,668

Additional information: the transactions are in Japanese Yen, so decimals are not used when posting.

I think its like how you want, can you check the rounding method for sales price? GL > Currency > Select currency- > Rounding method

The rounding method is set as Normal in the currency settings, which should be fine.

The problem is that the system rounds the amount at the end, and not after calculating the discount per quantity.

See my example for the different results. Here is a screenshot:
