Hello,
I'm new to CRM. My requirement is, Ex. When I create account in MS CRM then account should be create in SAP as well. How can we achieve it? or the best way to achieve it.

If you are using CRM online then you can use Power Automate to achieve your requirement.

If you are using CRM On-premise then you will have to write custom code to achieve your requirment.

Power Automate is not a third party solution. It comes under Dynamics CRM components.
I think you can use Plugin to achieve your requirement. You will need to get WEB API details from SAP to connect from C# plugin. It will require custom code to be written.
