Parent Customer field only allows lookup to Contact and not Account on Model Driven App

This is so odd, when I am on the contact form and click into the Parent Customer field, I can select between both Accounts and Contacts.

However on the Model Driven App I can only select a contact record within here with no option to get to the Account table.

Any ideas this is so odd?

    Usually the parent customer field on contact form should show the entity records for contact as well as for account entity to be selected as parent customer.

    If you are not able to see the account records and only able to see the contact entity records then, you can try to find the account and contact entity records by clicking on "Advance Lookup" option as shown in below screenshot.

    It will open a new dialog window to select the parent customer records from contact and account entity.

    If you are not able to see the "Advance Lookup" option then you need to enable it from Power Platform Admin Center from the given link:

    Thanks, it works in regular CRM but not in the Model App for some reason.
