Hi, how can I find inactive records such as contacts or accounts? I noticed that when I try to search for a contact using Datavaers' search bar, it's not being found. However, I know that the contact is present in the CRM system under /inactive contacts/.
Hi, Our team has tested and found that this issue is caused by a View, here are the general steps to resolve the issue Step1, click the gear in the upper right corner, go to Advanced Settings, click Customize, and select Customize System
Step2, select the entity you want to search for here take Account as an example, click View, find the View with type Quick Find View.
Step3, modify the view, Edit Filter Criteria, we can add a status equal inactive filter condition, the newly added conditions and the original conditions with "OR" link.
Step4, return to the application to search for inactive records, it will work.
