Stucked in Configuring an AD FS 2.0 Identity Provider

Hi

we're trying to configure adfs 2.0 with nav 2013 r2, we're following this link -> http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj853146%28v=nav.71%29.aspx,,

we've completed first two steps and when we work on 3rd step we're getting following errors:-

In EVENT VIEWER we're getting this:-

Expiration of the artifact failed.

Additional Data
Exception message:
MSIS3115: Cannot connect to ArtifactStorage in the configuration database.

User Action
Ensure that the artifact storage server is configured properly. Troubleshoot network connectivity to the artifact storage server.

In POWER SHELL we're getting this:-

    This problem maybe caused by some local policies, restricting the service account to "log on as batch" and "log on as service".

    If your issue persist, make a complete reinstall of ADFS 2.0 :-)
