CustomerSource download problem

When I try to download from customerSorce below page is coming, the files are not getting downloaded.

Note:  File transfer manager is installed & pop-up setting of internet explorer is disabled

    Hello Ahmed,

    Some time ago I faced the same issue. I simply delted the browser history, restartet my computer and everything worked fine. Maybe it does also help in your case?

    It sais that pop-ups must be enabled... Not disabled.

    Hi

    What version of IE are you using?  The File exchange system does not appear to work with IE11.

    To get around this I have entered developer mode (F12) and in the Emulation tab selected IE10 and it has worked, and the File Downloader has started.
