How to restrict data from HcmWorker table in another company?

Hi,

When we create a record in workers (HcmWorker), the same employee record is visible in all other companies also.

The expected result is to restrict the visibility of employees created in one company.

There is a "Legal entity" field as mandatory on creation, but would like to know where is this field used, since the table HcmWorker property "SaveDataPerCompany" is set to No.

Please let us know if there is any way to restrict the same across companies.
