    I understand what you mean.

    Yes, direct delivery is directly approved, which is by design. If you want the workflow to work in it, you need some customization. Alternatively, you can submit an idea to MS.

    I have tried it, but the direct delivery PO not go through the PO workflow, mean that the PO is directly approved, where the PO is based on certain limit to do approval.

    Please enable the option 'Override settings' in the related vendor form and try again.

    Hi QianQW,

    Sorry my mistake, I just done the SO converted to PO without direct delivery. It suppose to using Direct delivery, but it prompt out error as attached.
