Async Client Service - Need to restart every time

Hi,

We have the Async Server and Async Client synchronization working fine. All the required data is transferring from HQ to Store and Store to HQ.

The problem is the Async Client need to be restarted every time we run a job. We go to Services-> Async Client and restart it, only then the data transfers.

It always shows as running, but unless we restart the services no data will transfer.

Also the service mode is set to "Automatic" but we have to start it manually.

Are we missing on some configuration or time-sessions ?

Hi Ankur,

I faced the same issue , I stopped the Async client >> then I deleted the records from Downloadsession table in the Async Client message DB and also deleted the packets. Then restarted the Async Client again and afterwards I never faced that weird issue.

I am still finding out the Root cause for this and will update this thread once I find it.

Thanks for the guidance.

It worked fine for the day I deleted all the records and packets. Next day onwards the same problem continues.
