Single Sign on different CRM sites

We have two different Dynamic CRM sites and would like to have a login page and a landing page to choose between the two sites (on premise). AKA - portal with only SIngle Sign On. Is this possible?

    dalamarus, it is possible if you sign in on the SSO page and then have the links to 2 different sites on that Page.

    You can also refer: community.dynamics.com/.../single-sign-on-integration-with-d365-on-premise-environment if you need steps for implementation of SSO
