Ax Asking about user name & password in remote desktop session

Hi All

We installed windows server 2012 , AX 2012 and Terminal service , AX is working fine , The problem is that every time the user login to the remote session and try to open AX system is giving windows security dialogue asking about user name & password several times ,any one can help in removing this credentials .

Hi,

If you are referring to the username/password on the remote desktop connection window there is an option to save the credentials(as shown below colored in yellow)

Thanks Chaitanya , No the system is asking about user name and password after opening the remote session, when trying to open AX Shortcut system is asking about user name and Password

It is related to IE security settings and your role center access via a proxy. Local domain addresses should be added to an exception list.
