Broker claim approcal error

Hi,

Getting error "The state of the source document or source document line could not be updated." when trying to approve the broker claim manually.

How to clear this error?

    Hi Suganthimariyappan,

    I hope you are doing well. If there are no customizations that exist, I would suggest logging a ticket with Microsoft Support to further assist you on this issue.
