REST API for assigning role to user

Hi,

IN D365 FO, is there any REST API available to assign role to user? In fact, I am looking for REST APIs to manage all security configuration - reading users, reading existing roles on user, assigning new ones etc.

Look at data entities SystemSecurityUserRoleEntity (public name SecurityUserRoles/SecurityUserRole) and SystemSecurityUserRoleAssociationEntity (SecurityUserRoleAssociations/SecurityUserRoleAssociation). That they're public means that they can be used via OData, and OData is a RESTful API.
