Modify attached files in purchase order impossible after workflow

D365 FO version 34.
We have created a workflow for purchase orders.
Since, when we created order we attached pdf files but during workflow and after workflow, it’s impossible to modify files or create new files or new note. The button « create » is grey…
we can’t also create a files in receipt journals.
Are you know why we can’t created a new files because with workflow of vendors invoice it’s possible.

    Hi Martine,
     
    You can go to the Active document tables form (Organization administration > Document management). Add the PurchTable (Purchase orders) and enable the option Always active. This should enable document management regardless of the status of the order/workflow.

    I add entity PurchTable (18312) and I can add files attached to purchase order :-)
