I have a scenario where inventory blocking should be deleted when sales order is delivered.

Can you elaborate on the setup? Are you using advanced warehousing in AX 2012 R3 with the Inventory status dimension? Or what else do you mean with inventory blocking? Also note that blocking usually is set for a reason? What is your process that a blocking is not respected for sales deliveries?
