Our Dynamics config is based on Accounts - we are trying to get our Marketing team into Dynamics 365 from Marketing.
They previously used dot digital whereby you could upload a csv file with just emails (say 10,000) and it would upload within minutes and identify if that email already existed.
In our Dynamics email isn't a unique field, so if they are to do the same it would duplicate records. Also, the csv they import won't have account names it could be as basic as first name, last name and email.
In Dynamics 365 for Marketing you have to have them as contacts meaning they need an account also, is there anyway found this? Would be ideal if you could just import them as prospects.
There must be other companies where they have accounts as the master in Dynamics and use D365 For Marketing and upload marketing lists that they've been provided with.
