user wise location mapping

Hello,

We have 2 plant in india, we want to map user wise location maping e.g(mumbai user will see only mumbai location, delhi user will see only delhi related documents.) i have mapped location in user setup but still they can see all.

Hi Yetesh,

Customer Service Insights show data based on users' permission to the case data. If they have permission to access the data with users in the other location, they will see it in the dashboards. Could you please share more details how you mapped location in user setup?

please find below screenshot we i mapped location in user setup. KF3,KF4 is our location. and i want to map kf3 people will see only kf3 related document.

Hi,

Customer Service Insights doesn't have the scenarios for people to view documents. Could you please elaborate more which product you are using? A screenshot that indicates where your people see related documents may help. I can then help to forward you to the right forum.
