Hi Everyone,

I am customizing Purchase order report , And I facing Some Issue Regarding A parameter that is "Purchase order (OCSI-000001-1) An attempt was made to set a report parameter 'PoDpLine_DocumentTitle' that is not defined in this report" .

I am not getting Actual Solution for this Problem.

You have defined the paramter PoDpLine_DocumentTitle in the report level. But it is not defined in the contract class. If you define that in contract class then error won't come. But here I don't understand why it is directly defined at report level before doing that on contract class level.

I am here using standard report Contract Class (PurchPurchaseOrderContract ).

Still i am facing this issue.

I did not add any new parameter.

It is System defined Parameter.

And i have created my own Report and i restored the datasets.

Still same issue.

On the report parameter "PoDPLine_DocumentTitle" - Set the "Allow blank" and "Nullable" property to true and check.

Is this property already set to true?

Can you confirm if it is a standard one? Because I cannot find the said report in AOT. It seems to be a custom one. The standard one is PurchPurchaseOrder report.

As I said if it is a custom one you need to use custom contract.

Yes In the Aot, System Report name is PurchPurchaseOrder, the Contract Class name is PurchPurchaseOrderContract, Controller: PurchPurchaseOrderController and Dp: PurchPurchaseOrderDp.

But, I want to Change the Complete Format of the report design that's Why I had to create my new Report design.

When I make a Duplicate of the Standard report design I face errors while deploying the Report.

Just delete the 'PoDpLine_DocumentTitle' from report parameters. After deleting, refresh the dataset. Parameter will be added again. Now deploy the report and try again.

Also, how you called the custom report?

Hi Girish,

I did as You said but it is showing the same error for another parameter and after that, I followed the same process for the rest of the parameters, it is showing this error for.

but after deleting all the parameters and restoring the dataset one by one, I am facing the same error as mentioned above.

I also deleted the complete report object and recreated it but no Solution, Once I made a Duplicate of the standard report even that process showing the different errors.

this all is happening Because in my dataset I am using system Dp class (PurchPurchaseOrderDp) and in that Dp class system is providing data to 2 different tables (purchPurchaseOrderTmp and purchPurchaseOrderHeader). and because of this I had to drag Dp class 2 times in report dataset. And I think that's why I am facing this issue.
