Hi,
I can not be able to close the advance find page through File -> close button. It seems close button is not working properly. My organization is upgraded from 8.2.2 to 8.2.9.19. In Version 8.2.9.19 close button is not working.
Please see the below screen shot.
Could you please let me know how to solve it.

Sorry that I do not have a 8.2.9.19 version environment so I tried in my v9.0 on-premise.
I clicked on the "close" button in File first time and then the advanced find page only refreshed and did not close.
Then I go to File -> Close again and the advanced find page closed.
It seems like need to close it twice.
I also tried the same actions in chrome and IE, and no difference.
I suggest that you could raise a ticket to Microsoft for more professional help.

Even in crm version 8.2.9.19 if i click on close button its just refresh the page and hide the ribbon content again i need to refresh the same page manually and then if i click on close button then its working.
I will raise ticket to Microsoft .
