My team member has been using Dynamics 365 in a mobile app. Initially he had gone through the online guidance for setting up the Authenticator app, so every time when he logged he was asked for authentication before accessing which is fine.
Now he has reset the phone and not re-installed the Authenticator app. As he is not logged off from CRM it is letting him access CRM.
Question:
What will happen he logs off from CRM, will his account be locked?
Or does he has to re-install the Authenticator app again?
