
Hello I'm a Gold Partner in ALM Competency, I have activated this subscription: "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional para partners"
But when my team access to the CRM Online, none one of my users can see any of the following roles: sales and marketing.... Although i have marked the following user roles:
- Jefe de ventas
- Jefe de marketing
- Jefe de servicio al cliente
- Administrador
¿what should I do?
