Agree with Junaid and would also run the pre-closing process because it helps making the close run faster.

Hi Atef,
Actually Pre-closing will close called "Non Financial transfers", so that the Inventory close procedure can ignore them. I suggest, we should run Pre-closing before running the Inventory close.
Just FYI, Non-financial transfers are inventory transactions which has no impact actually on item costing.
