Hi all,
I'm looking to get a solution for my requirement in D365 Talent. There is a Rating system which allows 0-9 points and I want to change it to allow 0-15 points.
I have searched and found that we can do changes in D365 Talent through PowerApps but I'm not sure about the exact process.
Can anyone please tell me the possible solution?

Hi KZOo,
Using Power Apps, you can't change the behavior of this field. You can create new forms and interact with data in the CDS and Human Resources. Apart from Power Apps, you can add custom fields and put them on the form using personalization.

Are you looking for extending Attrack, Onboard or the Core HR features?
I want to extend the Employee Rating feature in HR. Currently it provides 9 points but I want to extend it to 15 points/fields.
I do assume you are referring to the Factor field on the Rating models form? If so, I don't see any option to bypass the field validation. You can create levels as you like, but the Factor is limited. Using the options I shared above, you can configure a new field. WIth Power Apps you might create new forms to have a separate rating model.

Given that the HR module has now been returned to F&O, is it possible to extend the Rating model feature to provide 30 factors (from 0-to 30)?

There is a standard validation as part of the table using coding. You can try to extend the validation logic, but probably it still might present the standard error that the values should be between 0 and 9.
When with a customization you would not get rid of the error, you can create an idea on the Dynamics experience website to have parameters for the maximum factor value: experience.dynamics.com/.../
