Dynamics app is not listed among "All Apps"

I've made the Dynamics 365 Business Central purchase, assigned the license to a user, logged in with that user to portal.office.com, yet I cannot see any /Dynamics/ among my apps. How do you get that fixed?

Tried what you've asked/suggested;

Dynamics 365 Sales, Enterprise App always fails to install.

Dynamics 365 for Outllook fails to open.
