Hi,
We've set up the HRM module in Business Portal and when an employee logs in, they can see all of their information. They can choose to modify their address, or Emergency Contacts, or Dependents, or other windows. They Submit the changes. The HR or Payroll Administrator user logs into BP and Approves the changes.
The changes are not showing up in GP. I've confirmed that we're looking at the correct company in BP and in GP. What are we missing. We did not modify the default workflow, so I assume once the change is approved, there is no additional step?
Thanks!
Linda

I just wanted to follow up on this, as we encountered the same issue after migrating to a new server. I think it may benefit somebody, even if the original post author's problem was resolved.
Our changes weren't submitting to GP, even though I couldn't locate any errors, the workflow item was stuck in "started" state.
My resolution was to check if Microsoft Business Framework Queued Work Item Service was running, and it wasn't, I had to start it and change the startup type for it to "Automatic".
FYI... the BP 6.0 and GP 2013 SP2 issues result in some errors that your users should see visually in the UI. The post that Mahmoud attached mentions them. If you aren't seeing error messages in the UI, I wouldn't think that it's related.
Thanks
Rob
I read your post few days ago since it was posted on the community, and actually didn't have an appropriate answer as I had never experienced this case at all.
Until yesterday, I read that with GP 2013 service pack 2, this problem was reported along with other BP HRM Sefl Service issues. The bottom line of the article "Basically, if you use BP HRMSS and you installed GP 2013 service pack 2 (or a later patch), you need to install the BP Hotfix that will correct any issues related to this table change."
You could get to the reference along with the fix on the following link; Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 Service Pack 2 does not seem to play NICE with Business Portal Human Resource Self Service Suite 6.0
Hope this would be relevant to your case.
No, as I could see, once the changes are aproved, they should go directly to GP, almost instantenuously.
Make sure, all HRM administrators are set up correctly correctly in SharePoint groups and MBF roles and assigned to the companies.
Check if there is anything logged on event viewer on the server as well al on Dynamics Web Services Exception Console.
Also, you can review Workflow Event and see if there are any exceptions ther.
