Costumer Voice is not sending surveys

Hello all,

Since today, we used to use the email method in Costumer Voice to reach our costumers. However, when we try to send the email with the survey from the Costumer Voice console, nothing is sent. It appears as email sent, but invitation number keeps 0 and no email is recieved. Moreover, in all previous surveys which were sent, the invitations page have changed to 0.

Do anybody know what is happening and how can we fix this issue?

    We had this update on last Fridays issues:

    Now, to address your questions - we do not know what exactly what was the root cause of the issue, but it seems that there were multiple users affected from other business units as well and indeed it was resolved on Friday. Specifically, when it comes to Customer Voice, the best thing to do after you have raised a case is to schedule a call with the agent so as to gather information like survey IDs, URLs, etc. and to have them ready if you know how to get them.

    Again Customer Voice is not sending any survey from the platform itself (send survey via email). This time the email appears as "Sent", but no survery is recieved. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

    I am experiencing the same problem this morning 24th Jan. I have tried to submit a couple of my surveys which are under development both via Power Automate and email but nothing is showing up an hour after the first attempt was made

    Our backlog of surveys all went out yesterday evening, not ideal

    We have been experiencing the same issue since roughly 5PM UK time yesterday on the 18th January.

    The sending process was reporting everything as successful as customer voice was returning a 200 OK status code however no invites were appearing in Dataverse, additonally no sends were showing in Customer Voice. I logged into customer voice and tried to send an email invite manually, and while it said it was successful I never received anything.

    As of about 3PM UK time today on the 19th January we can see that invites are now sending out and appearing in Dataverse.

    We've yet to receive many responses but I would assume that these are working now too.

    Can Microsoft confirm if there was an outage and if any of the data is recoverable? Or have we lost just under a days worth of feedback?

    I have just noticed some surveys starting to send around 3:00 onwards

    I think we have the same issue, nothing sent since yesterday at 5:22
