Hello all,
Since today, we used to use the email method in Costumer Voice to reach our costumers. However, when we try to send the email with the survey from the Costumer Voice console, nothing is sent. It appears as email sent, but invitation number keeps 0 and no email is recieved. Moreover, in all previous surveys which were sent, the invitations page have changed to 0.
Do anybody know what is happening and how can we fix this issue?
