When I try to create an email channel through Home\Guided channel setup
I receive an message you need CSR manager or System admin or Sytem customizer access to configure email channel.
I have system admin rights.
Why can't I create an email channel? What is wrong?
I am new to Customer service and we would like to start using the product.

Hi Karin Alberts-Erlandsson,
I checked the doc which says that you should have full privileges to all the tables is ok. So I think System Admin right is enough.

And I assign a user only System Admin right and can create those channels:
So I'm not sure what's wrong. You could try to assign the user an extra security role 'Omnichannel administrator' to try again.
If the issue persists, you would better raise a ticket.
