I was able to upgrade GP2010 (11.02.2164)  Dynamics & company data  to GP2013 (12.001482).

When I tried to open reports getting below message, I can change path for forms and reports as per Dynamics.set of gp2010. Wants to make sure that after that will need to run gp utilites of gp2013 for additional task and this will fix or no.

    If you run GP utility, it will synchronize product list and this won't not affect anything. Better follow this step.

    If you still face the issue, follow below steps.

    Export all the Modified Forms and Reports to package file from GP 2010 in Customization Maintenance window().Tools-->Customize-->Customization Maintenance). In GP2013, backup the FORMS and REPORTS dictionary. Then open GP and import the exported dictionary in Customization Maintenance window.

    Thanks for your reply. I think I am able to upgrade GP2013. Did GP utilities point to dynamics.dic from GP2010 prior to that in DYNAMICS. Set of 2013 change path to reports and forms as per GP2010  set file.

    Able to run report.
