Business Process flow not showing for existing records

Hi,

I've  recently created a new business process flow for lead to Opportunity process named "Enquiries Process"

If the user will open an existing opportunity that was created before we had the "Enquiries Process", the business process flow will not appear .I need the user to continue working on those opportunites

using the new business process flow that we have. How can I do that?

Should I also create a business process flow that starts in Opportuinity?

    Thanks for sharing additional information. For existing records, it would still show old BPF because Process Id is still tagged/associated with it and won't automatically change it to new BPF, unless it's changed manually or via API. As you mentioned, new BPF is already added in UCI sitemap then do check if user has permission to see new BPF, and what's the behavior for new records ? If new BPF shows up for new records then it's working as expected.

    Also as Bipin mentioned, you can also check BPF order and make it on top/first to ensure all new records are by default picking new BPF for new records creation.

    additional info, I've created a new model driven app for it.

    The users used to used the sales hub app with the old business process flow.

    Now, I've created a new model driven app with the new business process flow. The users should use the new model driven app together with the new BPF.  But when opening old records, the BPF wont show up

    yes it is in the UCI site map. But when you click on switch process, it is not included in the options

    Could you please check the Order of the BPF, make sure you change the order and set your new BPF as the first ...

    Hi - Is this new BPF is added in UCI App sitemap ? If yes, what's the behavior if you click on switch process button - does it show BPF ?
