Hi
I need to connect Dynamics 365 with SQL Server. I have SQL Server tables and my Admins would perform DML operations on SQL Server table from Dynamics 365. We would also have customer service portal for external users and they also need to perform DML operation against the SQL Server DB. How can we achieve that.
Thanks
Hi Noor!
You don't need to go anywhere just open MS FLOW(Power Automate) it has built in connector for SQL SERVER(Online & Onpremise)
Thank you Zeeshan , I know about MS Flow. Client doesn't want to store data in Dynamics CRM. He wants to use SQL Server as their only Datasource and at the same time they want to expose the SQL Server tables/data via Dynamics 365 for Admins and through Dynamics 365 Portal to external users.
How can I achieve this.
Possible Ways
1- Power Automate
2- SSIS Packages
3- Zapier
4- Cdata
5- Azure Logic App
6- Azure Function/Custom APIs
7- SkyVia
8- Azure DataFactory
9- Leads Bridge

Hi,
You can setup DES sync and use the destination SQL database for your internal work.
Thank you Sinha
Could you please explain what is DES Sync.
Hi Noor,
Using DES you can push all your CRM entity data into a local SQL database or azure database.
