Access to Trial Balance Error message

I am trying t give a user view access to the trial balance.

At the moment I have given the following privileges:

- ledgertrialbalancelistpageview

-ledgertrialbalancegenerate

and I have even gone into security privileges created my own and given view access to the trial balance under general ledger.

However when the user clicks on trial balance it is coming up with this error message:

Access denied to method Processreport in class LedgerTrialBalanceDP

Does anyone know why this could be?

You could create a privilege and under the privilege in AOT you'll find an entry called 'Permissions' under which you'll find an entry called 'Server methods'. You can create a new 'server method' here with the properties:

class: LedgerTrialBalanceDP

method: ProcessReport

Add the created privilege to the role and after restart try to open the trial balance.
