Hello,
I have a question regarding %message% in the body of the Email templates.
What message will it take from?
It seems to be blank when I receive the notification email.
Do we have any official document on how to create content for this Email templates?

Hi Rachel,
In your leave workflow when you select an email template and write some Notification information at that time it will replace your %message% with that notification text.
I have done this recently and I followed the blog post. It is very illustrative and helpful.

The text of the receipt is inserted into the email by using the %message% placeholder. To ensure that the receipt body is correctly rendered, surround the %message% placeholder with HTML <pre> and </pre> tags.
