Add "Note" column in Quality orders

ood day

We have AX 2012 future pack

How can I add a Note Column so i can enter any number or words on this line of quality orders ?

Hi abd.alrahman.9989,

You can either create new filed in the table using Memo EDT and than add this column to a form https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa660163(v=ax.50).aspx#Anchor_3

Or use document handling msdn.microsoft.com/.../aa499872(v=ax.10).aspx

Dear,

You can change the field property stringSize from 10 more or change it to memo.

This is default functionality, just attach a document of type note to the test in the test group and then when the quality order creates the user can click on the document handling icon on the test line, and enter the text they need.

I have changed the stringsize to MEMO but I can't see this field in Personalize to add it in Quality orders

or there's another way to add it ?

You need to add this field in the form. Then it will be visible in the form.

Please open form design in AOT and arrange your field in a grid as you require.

many many thanks my friend it's work like cream :D

but one last thing in my user (ADMIN) i can see the Notes with out add it in Personalize

in another users i had to rest the Personalize to show the Notes

so can I reset the Personalize for the quality orders for all users in my desk ?
