One of the customer, using AX 2012 R2 CU6, wants to get access to the CustomerSource to download product updates, fixes and to raise any incident with Microsoft, however customer doesn't have access to the CustomerSource. Customer doesn't even have any active Support Plan but is willing to get one.
How can we get access to the CustomerSource when the partner did not setup this for customer in the first place and when the customer wants to directly communicate with Microsoft without engaging partner just to get customer source access

In the past, the customer should have received an invite for CustomerSource. Like mentioned above they can contact the partner or Microsoft Support.
Note that AX2012R2 with CU6 is not supported anymore by Microsoft for new updates. Currently only new regulations will be maintained on AX2012R3 with CU13.
Ask your organization's CustomerSource administrator to grant you access to the site. If you don't know your CustomerSource administrator or if your organization does not have a CustomerSource administrator, contact your partner or email itmbssup@microsoft.com for assistance.
Your customer should contact their Account Manager or similar contact person at Microsoft.
