Is there any existing or planned RTM Form Functionality that will capture the website a form submission came from when a form is hosted on a website? We have a client who wants to put the same form in multiple web pages and know which web page the submission came from. We want to limit the number of forms that need to be built. This insight was easily accessible in outbound marketing, but so far we can not find it in Real Time Marketing.
Hi Petr
Just following up on the previous question around this bug.
Thank you
Hi Petr, will that URL of the page be stored in the same place as the field names on the form submission or somewhere else? Also - is there an eta on when that bug fix will be pushed?
Thank you
Hi Patrick,
You can already build one real-time marketing form that can be embedded into multiple pages. The URL of the page where the form was submitted is stored in the form submission record. We just don't display it in the UI now (which is a bug to be fixed), but the page URL is stored.
Petr
Hi partner,
I'm afraid it is not available for now to capture the website a form submission came from when a form is hosted on a website in existing or planned RTM form.
Here is an article about the planned feature that going on releasing in Dynamics 365 Marketing: New and upcoming features (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Learn
It is also not available for now to set limit number of forms that need to be built in Real-time Marketing.
Here is a reference link: Service limits and fair use policy (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Learn
