Our report queue no longer seems to be working. How do you reset it? How to troubleshoot this?

Do they eventually process or fail?
The webapps/service logs are located here, you get an entry/log every day
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft Dynamics SL
Checking if the service is running (perhaps a password change) as mentioned by Marc D is also a good thing to try.

I have never had an issue with it, but I would start by going to your web server and opening 'services'; Perhaps make sure that the 'Microsoft Dynamics SL Reporting Service' service is running or try restarting it?
No errors. The reports just remain "Submitted" for days. Where can I reset the ROI process or review what is going on? There have been no changes to the system other than perhaps a patch?
What doesn't seem to be working anymore? Are you getting any errors?
Have you checked the web apps and service logs for anything?
Did your network location / permissions where you have your web report output change?
