Hi ,
searching for a solution to add buttons to click trough to other applications.
eg. We have in the Telecom a "Connection" and we want to click from within the WO through to an application with the corresponding technical information for that "Connection".
In practice: a button to click through calling a application-URL with a connection parameter
Does some one has experience on how to setup such a button?

Resco is creating a button automatically when the URL filed is used .
