    One common reason is that the credentials used for setting up the CDS (common data service) account are different than those used to log in into CI. Please ensure the same credentials are used and try again.

    If that doesn't help, please work with your tenant admin to open a support ticket here: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
