Audience Validation Failed at time of mPOS login

Hi, 

i am facing the error of ''Audience Validation failed on mPOS login'', all the HQ and user setups are good and the store is also published.

    Hi Muhammad, can you find the event viewer log for when this happens? (Event viewer -> Applications and service logs -> Microsoft -> Dynamics -> Commerce-ModernPos) should give you a more detailed answer to start from.

    we deleted and revised the all the configurations and setups - the error is gone.

    If you will see this in future you will find detailed description of what went wrong if you look into Retail Server log - in event viewer: Microsoft->Dynamics->Commerce-RetailServer->Informational

    There will be several warnings corresponding to this error, start reading them from bottom.

    Does anyone have any update on this as I am also getting the same error.

    Error:

    The device activation operation failed.

     

    Warning:

    Retrieving user authentication token for resource identifier 'https://commerce.dynamics.com' failed with error: User has cancelled AAD authentication operation..

     

    Information:

    Retrieving user authentication token for resource identifier 'https://commerce.dynamics.com' failed with error: User has cancelled AAD authentication operation..

     

    Warning:

    Retrieving user authentication token for resource identifier 'https://commerce.dynamics.com' failed with error: User has cancelled AAD authentication operation..

     

    Canceled a request to end the current session, as the device is not activated, so there cannot be a session in progress. The correlation ID: eed2ea63-a437-3c7e-2a01-52f053726f3e

     

    Unauthorized response with error: The authorization token issuer is invalid. An identity provider with a matching issuer was not found in the system.. ErrorResourceId: Microsoft_Dynamics_Commerce_Runtime_InvalidIssuer

     

    Canceled a request to end the current session, as the device is not activated, so there cannot be a session in progress. The correlation ID: b4fb993e-2d26-4a03-f598-0ae2ea625e83
