Hello everyone,

Is there a way to pull all GL entries (with journal number, accounts, description, posted by, approved by) for a time frame? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi Larkyang,

Can you tell what exactly you want to achieve? What do you mean with pull all GL entries? Do you e.g. want to export it to another database, make a selection on a report or have the details available in Excel?

Hi,

If you are trying to see all the posted entries, you can try the Voucher transactions under General ledger > Inquiries and reports.

I have tried Voucher transactions, but how can I add other parameters, such as entry creator, approver details into the default report?

Hi André, thank you for your reply. There are two standard reports that I want to combine, e.g. voucher transaction report has journal entry details, but not the creator and approver info. The journal batch report has batch information (such as creator and approver), but it is at batch level, which could not be directly indexed to voucher transaction report. Is there a way to pull a journal entry data table to have all GL attributes?

Hi larkyang,

You can get your desired details from 02 inquiry screens as follows:

1. General Ledger >> Inquiries and reports >> Accounting Source Explorer

2. General Ledger >> Inquiries and reports >> Voucher transaction

Right Click on grid, You can add columns you want.
