I am looking for a workable solution to restrict access in D365 HR for the following scenario:
HR Team member cannot access other HR team member's personnel record
Record Level Security (or Security Policies as it's done in F&O) is not possible -- or at least I could not figure it out in the latest version of HR. One work around is we used Org Hiearchies and applied that to roles. This guy outlines an overview of how to do this. It's not quite the same but let me know if you need any help..

At the moment it's only possible to restrict based on legal entity.
What I typically do in the scenario you are mentioning, is restricting the compensation. That's typically the most sensative information we want to restrict within a HR team.
That's something that's possible based on standard parameters in D365 HR.

Thanks for the information. I have read the article and it is saying that you can restrict across different legal entities/companies. I am wanting to restrict in the same legal entity or company.
