Creating leads from the Customer Voice survey responses

Hello everyone,

I have an ongoing implementation of D365 going on, where we are utilizing the customer's voice app for conducting marketing surveys for the client. 

The question that I have is can I create a lead automatically inside the D365 system from the anonymous responses?

    Hi,

    I got the answer for this.

    There are 4 steps to achieve this:

    1. Create a Survey in customer voice with required questions.

    2. Send the survey out.

    3. Survey responses are captured inside the D365 in the customer voice survey response entity.

    4. Write a power automate flow to convert the customer voice survey responses to lead.
