How do you generate a sequence diagram with the Application Analysis Tool?

Hi all,

I have the Application Analysis Tool installed in an AX 2012 VM, and thus far have been using it mostly to generate ERDs. I am now trying to use it for sequence diagrams and am getting nowhere fast: I started a trace from the Tracing Cockpit (with all checkboxes selected (apart from circular logging), added a new value to a custom financial dimension by way of a test case, stopped the trace, then imported it into AAT. A node is duly added under Traces in the Trace Explorer, but I can't seem to do anything with it. The trace seems to be valid because I can browse around in it just fine after importing it into Trace Parser. In AAT's Trace Explorer, on the other hand, there doesn't seem to be any way to expand it, the only option if I right-lick on it is delete, and I can't find anything relevant in any of the Visual Studio menus. I have read the AAT User Guide on TechNet and don't see what I've missed. Does anyone know how to do this?

Any suggestions most gratefully received.

Regards,

Martin
