Updated version for "/Notes/edit.aspx" as "Failed to load PDF document." error is shown after document download.

Is there any alternate or updated version for "/Notes/edit.aspx" path as there is an issue faced for downloading files with high storage size (more than 12 MB). After it is showing download complete, and when you click to on the document to download it shows an error message "Failed to load PDF document."  Does anyone experience something similar? Does anyone have an answer to this issue?
