    Can you please tell us which ActiveX control are you trying to use? The error clearly says this control isn't installed on your machine, but it's not easy to tell you what to install or what else to do without information from you about your intent.

    It might be possible to find more information by putting the ID to a search engine, if it was provided as text (but I'm not going to extract it from the picture).
