You can delete the content of those tables in SQL Server (with a sysadmin account):
delete from [dbo].[User]
delete from [dbo].[Access Control]
delete from [dbo].[User Property]
Then you can log in again, and your user will become SUPER.

Thanks for the reply.
Nowadays, I uses domain\account as the account of NAV Service, it isn't SYSTEM.
I'll review NAV users and SQL users.

some suggestions.
try to insert SYSTEM user in NAV if you can.
if you can't login, try to delete all existing users from NAV.
change user mapped to NAV Server service (SYSTEM > domain\local user)
