I would like to solve this need of our company:
We offer a variety of services. Each service has its Sales Literature document in Dynamics365. Each Sales Literature document is a kind of Product List including pictures, texts, tables - all in our company brand style.
Our Account Managers sell our services to the customers and Sales Literature helps to introduce and promote our services. That's why we need to use it also when we are preparing a quote to be sent to our customer.
In Dynamics 365 we prepare standard Quote entity including selected services. Then we use the "Create PDF" or "Word Templates" function to get a "printed offer" for the customer. We have the Quote Word templates in our brand, too, but now they include only the information from the Quote entity.
What we need is to have a "quote paper document" to be downloadable from Quote entity which would include:
- Cover page in our brand
- The list of offered products and additional texts as we have it as Quote Word template
- Selected Sales Literature product lists depending on the products added to the Quote. I mean when I add "Manager Coaching" service to the Quote, I want the "Manager Coaching" Product List - Sales Literature to be added to the printed Word/PDF I get from Quote entity. When I add "Office Supply" to the Quote, I want the "Office Supply" Product List - Sales Literature to be added to the Word/PDF. Etc.
Is there a way how to solve this request of ours?
