Hi everyone, I have created a marketing form as pictured
attached it to the mailing list, when a contact presses the unsubscribe button, he can see this form and choose a reason.
I have a task, I need to create a form in the contact records and specify the reason for unsubscribing, how can I do that?
Hello Taras,
you can customize the form and add a custom field "Unsubscribe reason" to the form (an option set I gather from your screenshot).
then you can choose if mapping this field to a Contact / Lead field (if you want to bring this value in the entity representing that person). You can also leave it unmapped, meaning that the field value upon submission will be stored in the submission entity, not on the lead / contact.
